for visitors of the IAW trade fair

Everything you need to know about your IAW ticket
Is it possible to visit the IAW as a private person?

Unfortunately, private (non-trade) visitors will not be admitted as the IAW is dedicated exclusively to professional (commercial) visitors. These visitors must also hold a trading license or similar accreditation.

How can I register several visitors and order additional admission tickets?

Each individual person requires a new separate registration. In each case a personal e-mail address and personal password must be used for this purpose. If all the persons registered are employed by the same company, the company data entered can be the same.

I am already registered and have an admission ticket but would like to bring someone with me. How can I obtain an admission ticket for the person accompanying me?

An accompanying person requires a new separate registration. In each case a personal e-mail address and personal password must be used for the purpose. If the accompanying person is an employee or otherwise engaged by the same company, the company data entered can be the same.

Can I register several persons using one e-mail address?

Every individual must be registered using his/her own e-mail address. Using an e-mail address several times for this purpose is not permitted.

How many admission tickets may I order for a company?

There is no limit on the number of tickets a company can order. Tickets for any number of employees may be ordered. Every employee who wishes to visit the IAW must be in possession of his/her own personalized admission ticket.

How do I redeem one or more online vouchers?

Visit the website www.iaw-messe.de/voucher and enter your code in the field “voucher code” and click on “redeem voucher”. You then complete a new registration. A voucher can be used for only one person and one admission ticket.

If you are already registered as a visitor, please go to the website www.iaw-messe.de/ticketorder and log in under “Visitor log-in” using your e-mail address and password. Then you can download your free admission ticket. A new registration is not required.

Alternatively, you can also present the voucher at the on-site cash desk. After you have filled out a visitor registration form, you will receive a free admission ticket.

Do I log in as a visitor or make a new registration?

If you are already registered, please log in under “Visitor log-in” entering your e-mail address and password. You can then access your free admission ticket and/or change your personal data.
If you would like to visit the IAW for the first time and have not yet registered, please begin a new registration process.

What should I do if I have forgotten my log-in details?

Visit the website www.iaw-messe.de/passwort-vergessen.aspx. Enter the e-mail address you gave when registering in the “e-mail” field and click on “reset password”. A new password will then be sent to your e-mail address.
